I called Customer Service last Friday and the agent outlined several things he was putting on my account to rectify a situation I had recently and then to make things better more economical on my plan which includes 7 business lines. Just as he was finishing, we were suddenly disconnected. I called back and a different agent said that he saw the notes in my account from the other rep and that the rep would be calling me back on Monday (which is today). No one called back and now I am not sure whether the changes he was making are actually going to go into effect.
I have been a customer for over 30 years ! This is the first time I have been so upset and disappointed, causing me to consider changing service providers.
Please advise. Thank you.
