I called to obtain information on international travel. Tiffany took extra time with me, changed my plan to a less expensive one that I had no idea was available. The plan also includes all previous options that we need.
She assisted me with the Travel Pass research & let me know it was already included in my plan. She extensively explained to me the travel pass details in which I had no knowledge of whatsoever.
In addition, she reached out to her team to find the $200 Home Depot gift card that I had been promised with new internet service on 7/21/24.
The rebate was not attached to my account & she manually filled out the form on her end, after she was told a $200 bill credit would only be available.
I explained to her that I had been looking forward to that gift card and she went the extra mile to ensure that I will get the Emailed rebate link w/in 72 hours.
Our call was also dropped twice and she immediately called me back. That is rare in my experience.
On top of all that, she was polite and friendly. It was obvious during our interaction that Tiffany likes her job and cared very much about my needs and concerns as a Verizon customer.
Tiffany is a definite asset to the Verizon company & deserves to be recognized as such.
Also, note worthy is that I rarely give customer reviews, especially one at this length.Thank You,
