I called again today for support, about 80 times in two years. Rather than solving my problem, the off-shore guy just wanted to sell me everything new. My phone and my wife's phone have not worked properly for two years and Verizon refuses to solve the problem, all they want to do is charge me more for bad service,
Problems:
Incoming calls take 12 seconds to connect .
Iphone burns my face.
Sometimes text attachments work and sometimes, to the same number, they fail
Double authentication rarely appears. This resulted in a $16,000 loss of a commission.
No hearing volume when holding the phone to ear, i must use speaker.
Contacts are deleted and sometimes changed,
Deleted apps are re-appearing.
Apple requires a credit card in order to use free apps like Google Maps, this is a (Can't use the word that starts with an S and rhymes with am))
Every app that says "free" is not free,
Seriously, too many problems to list
Sim card was replaced and I was told I purchased re-furbished phones, i was charged for new phones.
My wife bought a burner phone because he IPhone doesnt work.
Im told I qualify for a "FREE" phone, then I'm told I do not qualify unless I upgrade my plan for another fee.
Is it time to bounce? All of my friends and family sat to leave Verizon, they have left due to a decline in service and network inconsistency. When 5G started, Verizon went dow hill.
It's just so frustrating fighting with customer service agents that just want to sell you something new.
