Good evening,
Today I called the customer service line and was treated horribly. I made it clear what I was calling for and they had me on hold for over a hour about a simple change of date. I have never experienced this with Verizon and it has me in the position of now looking at other carriers to service my family.

I have been Verizon customer since 2004, and today similar to other reviews, I experienced the unprofessionalism from a manager at a local branch (Andrea, Montclair CA) and customer service representative which has also brought me to the decision to end by 20+ years as a customer. I was simply requesting for clarification on an agreement made by the associate when started a new line; which ended up to be not true and only a bait to get our business, which was the determining factor of starting a new line. Aside from being very disappointed, the manager was completely unfriendly, had a very cold and disingenuous greeting, sarcastic intonation, annoyed facial expressions, and refusing to listen to the customer's concern. I truly hope they find a way to better train their higher ranked associates as it trickles down to the associates and is costing them long time customers.

I have been with Verizon for over 10 years.
I recently separated my line into a new account. Customer service has been horrendous.
I am extremely unhappy with Verizon and tired of spending so many many hours visiting and calling Verizon to fix issues without any success.
I feel nauseous when I hear Verizon now.
