Good evening,

Today I called the customer service line and was treated horribly. I made it clear what I was calling for and they had me on hold for over a hour about a simple change of date. I have never experienced this with Verizon and it has me in the position of now looking at other carriers to service my family.

I have been Verizon customer since 2004, and today similar to other reviews, I experienced the unprofessionalism from a manager at a local branch (Andrea, Montclair CA) and customer service representative which has also brought me to the decision to end by 20+ years as a customer. I was simply requesting for clarification on an agreement made by the associate when started a new line; which ended up to be not true and only a bait to get our business, which was the determining factor of starting a new line. Aside from being very disappointed, the manager was completely unfriendly, had a very cold and disingenuous greeting, sarcastic intonation, annoyed facial expressions,  and refusing to listen to the customer's concern.  I truly hope they find a way to better train their higher ranked associates as it trickles down to the associates and is costing them long time customers.

I have been with Verizon for over 10 years. 

I recently separated my line into a new account. Customer service has been horrendous. 

I am extremely unhappy with Verizon and tired of spending so many many hours visiting and calling Verizon to fix issues without any success.

I feel nauseous when I hear Verizon now.

Verizon Wireless is by far the worst service provider I have ever dealt with. The customer service is absolutely terrible — long wait times, rude or unhelpful reps, and zero accountability. On top of that, their service charges are outrageously high compared to what you actually get. The quality doesn’t match the price at all. Out of all the services I’ve ever used, Verizon is hands down the WORST. Save yourself the headache, the money, and the frustration. Do NOT get this service.

Good afternoon I'm totally disgusted and embarrassed by the service I've received today on to of me sitting in the store for a hour and 30 minutes after I was given confirmation on a upgrade this is the 2md time this has happened I'm really considering changing companies this was very unprofessional.  I'm a authorized user on the account and would like to speak with a manager

There is no way to get into my Verizon account. The verification codes and emails never arrive. I have spent over an hour on the phone with these bozos today. Transferred repeated. stopped by voicemail from reaching human beings.  current call (i am still on hold) is over 38 minutes. text chat is useless. i am 100% going to t-mobile. insane.
