I had the pleasure of getting a gentleman named Michael as my customer service representative and praised God I did. Michael gave me the best service and support ever for the four years I’ve been with Verizon. Of all the problems I had with Verizon in Mishawaka,IN on Grape Rd. with a representative named Karen, I were going to moved over to AT&T but after the support from Michael, I will always be with Verizon. Thank you Michael God bless you.
