Delayed order

I ordered 4 phones on Saturday and I was told it will be shipped the next day October 6 and the order status says tracking information will be updated soon and when I checked my order status through virtual assistant it’s saying order delayed why please???

So when did it ship for you? Mine says delayed too, and i think its because i ordered on christmas?

I'm having this same problem. I order it in the 4th, supposed to be shipped on the 5th currently the 7th & it's still delayed. Virutal assistant is no help.. Can a live person contact me please.
