Today I lost my phone temporarily. I found it after it was turned into the managers office at the grocery store I was at.
I was so grateful that it was found & turned in, I practically kissed the manager.
For the brief time I thought it was lost, I panicked and thought I could die without it!
BTW I couldn’t get into Find My on my computer cause I couldn’t remember my Apple password and my computer isn’t an Apple. My passwords are on my Password Safe on my phone.
Any suggestions for the future appreciated.

For your Apple account, you don't need to have a Mac computer to access it; you can simply go to whatever website it is and there should be some link there for "forgot password" to reset it.
If you lose your phone again, you can login to your My Verizon on a PC assuming you don't have 2FA set up and suspend the phone so someone else can't use it. If you do have 2FA enabled, then you'd have to call Verizon to get your phone suspended, or if you have any reason to believe the phone is simply gone forever, to get it blacklisted.
There are phone lanyards which can be attached between the phone and phone case (if you have a case which goes all the way around the edges only leaving the screen open) to prevent losing your phone.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
