So I got my new iPhone, and I didn't realize that the box it shipped in was supposed to be the same box I put my old phone in and give back to UPS. The box is no longer in any condition to be shipped. Is it possible to switch it now and just turn the phone in at the Verizon store instead?

In case you don't get the replacement trade-in return packaging, here's what I found on Verizon's website regarding trade-in shipping. Scroll down to "How do I package and send my device trade-in?" part:

I did not even receive a return label with my new device for my early upgrade. Iโve tried contacting Verizon multiple times and every time someone tells me they will send me a new return kit and still I never received one. I am coming up on the return window and this is getting ridiculous. I donโt want to be charged for keeping the phone when itโs Verizonโs fault that I havenโt been able to return it yet. Can someone please help?

Have you checked to see if you can print your own label from My Verizon? I don't know why, but trying to get a return kit from Verizon is like some kind of puzzle hardly anyone can figure out.
