Device description not matching phone

What do I do if my (settings)device description doesn’t match what it says on verizon app.

. I have been told that I need to rebuild my line, but when I call support and try to tell reps  what I’ve been told I need to do -nobody seems to be able to help me. The corporate store is even worse. They don’t want to touch the issue,

so then please can someone post instructions on how I can rebuild the line or update the description?
