Hello.  I am new to Verizon. I have not made my 1st payment with your company yet...I ordered the fold 6 over the phone.  I spoke with a representative reference 50 to 60 call per day. The blocker was added but did not stop the spam calls.   I called Verizon this past Monday. Dec 19th because I wanted to exchange the fold for the iPhone 16 pro max.   I have been an iPhone user for over 20 years and wanted to try the android.  I explained to the representative that the Android it a too slow.  (I work 15 minutes from my home and the phone does not connects to my car at least 10 min into my 15 min drive) the applications launch slower that the iPhone.   (Not happy at all with the device at all) I'm used to the speed of the iPhone.  I was told by a representative by the name of Cap that she would order the iPhone 16 pro max and order the apple watch 10 and I would receive it by Wednesday.  I asked the rep to pull the call (being a ex sprint supervisor, I know that the calls are monitored, and I asked for a supervisor.  I was told 3 to 5 days for a call back.  I was told that I would have to pay over 1300 for new phone or add a new line of service.   My bill is approx 350.00 monthly.  Can you provide me with a option that I can work with.  I'm not asking to reduce my monthly bills. I'm asking to return the fold and go back to the iPhone. as this representative Cap promised.    I am very dissatisfied.

With sales.  I was suppose to have a supervisor call back....it never happened.  My experience with verizion is not good at ALL...
