I’ve been having an issue getting a replacement device since I’ve had this phone, been calling for 18 months about this device. I was told over 38 times the are sending a replacement and never done so. Won’t tell me why just never sent out. I’ve spoke with loyalty department whom told me it’s was past time limit to sent out one and the reps didn’t know how to order or place the order just always told me they was actually ordering the device. After speaking with loyalty I was promised as all the calls and lie had me waiting for device I’m paying for never did come. She offered to credit out the device so I can purchase another, I was told that 9 times, I was able to record 4 of those calls. Went back to store I started service at and spoke with manager whom look into account and showed me all the calls I’ve made and it’s no reason why you cnt get a replacement. Went reached out to Executive Relations spoke with Marshall who told and emailed me saying that the information the told me was not correct, and said you will not get a credit for anything. I provided him the times dates and reps I spoke with so he can pull the calls and hear his representatives make all this up, he didn’t want to pull nor take records of calls, stopped communicating and put a note on my account not to help me moving forward. Ashley confirmed this yesterday in my account this company will take you money won’t provide the service you pay for and if you call and asked for help it’s impossible to get.
