I have been customer since you bought altell . Pay my bill on time. Get new phones. Never complain.
You down grade service in my area. I no. Longer get service where I need. But I'm in contact and my bill continues to go up. It makes no sense.
Companies that usually do this don't last another 4 years. I used to enjoy your service. For a long time. But this is unfortunate

As far as you know, is your phone the only one having trouble? What kind of service (calls, texts, data) are you having trouble with?
