I've used message+ on my ipad for years with no problem. A few weeks ago I got a message about changes to the app. When I enter my phone number to get a code, I get an error message "Not able to generate pin. Please try again later..." Well I've tried for weeks and still get the same message. I looked on Community and some of the posts reference installing "Verizon Message". When I search for it, it takes me to Messages+ - not sure if that is part of the issue. Also my phone is Samsung, so not sure if that's part of the problem too.

MikePN, we understand wanting to continue to utilize this application since it has been a familar application on you iPad for some time now. The Verizon Message+ app is set to sunset in late 2024. If your iPad was set up as a secondary device to your Android phone and was unlinked, it can not be readded.
