Wow verizon once again messes up. They tell me they can’t do anything about the ipad if i were to return it i have to pay it off. They wanted to apply a $10 discount then for my ipad and what do you figure, It never went through even though i was talking to verizon support for Days i mean 2-3 days i'm talking and still once again no help. I’m not Sure what to do anymore. Verizon’s customer service is absolutely terrible if anyone were to ask me what phone company to choose. i’d tell them verizon isn’t even an option. they don’t care about there customers or making it right. absolutely terrible customer service.
