I upgraded from iphone 13 Pro to iPhone 16 Pro in December 2024. On Christmas day I notice I was NOT getting group texts. Ever since I have not been getting most of my group texts. I have spend 12+ hours on phone support with Verizon and Apple. Neither have been able to resolve my issue. I have tried just about everything to get it to work, but no luck. I have been told by verizon that this is a known issue, but haven't been able to find anything. Anyone else having group text issues? Any known solutions?
