HELP PLEASE!! so, I bought my ipad pro 11’ inch back for a while now and automatically one day it started lagging, glitching, and won’t turn on (shows black screen with different colors glitching). so we telll verizon what can we do to fix it and they suggest since we have coverage to pay 99$ and we get a new refurbished ipad pro 11’ sent to my home and send my original not working ipad to the shipment company that is giving us the new ipad. But, in order for them to help us we need to erase the ipad from find my apple using the apple id login, easy right? no, we need a verification code from the phone number that was linked to the ipad to confirm the process being made. but, we do not have access to that phone number anymore and we can’t access a verification code from it which leads to not being able to erase the ipad from find my phone to help us get a new ipad sent to us. They (Verizon) told us that apple can help remove it from find my phone on their end, so we got the number to call and let them know about the situation and they told us they have no access being able to do that and we’ve tried many different ways to be able to do it but they never worked. PLEASE HELP!!, WHAT CAN I DO?
