Horrible service

This company is horrible they did a promotion on my train in and than they changed it with out notice know I have a really high bill and all they can say is that there was a mistake made and I have to pay 520 more for their mistake I asked to speak with a manager and supposedly they are in meeting itโ€™s been a full month of me calling trying to get this issue resolve and they keep acting like they are putting tickets to resolve it but they donโ€™t this company are thiefโ€™s. So disappointed that I left At&T for them.
