I have spent hours of my time in the past week discussing a refund with customer service. Everyone agrees that I am overcharged but nobody seems to be able to get my refund handled. Everytime I call I have to restart the process and spend an hour on the phone. Everytime I ask to speak to a supervisor or manager I have been told they are in a meeting.
I have been without my money for weeks and have been calling Verizon trying to fix this issue for a month. I am pretty fed up with the customer service I have received.
now it looks like Iโm going to be overcharged next month (by $450) and there is no solution in sight.
can anyone help get me in contact with someone who can actually handle my problem?

I donโt get any help from Verizon or Apple concerning the phone problems I been having for over a month and the store says my phone is fine. WHY DONโT IT WORK CORRECTLY ON BOTH PHONES?
