How to set up personal hotspot on iPhone 13

Yes I have a hotspot in my plan. Yes I reseted  networking settings. Yes I turned off my phone. And yes I tried to troubleshooted but after I push this button the page just loading in loop

Every time I see the button “Set up my personal hotspot” and after: “set up personal hotspot. To enable personal hotspot on this account, visit htttpblablabla.

i also need assistance setting up/ enabling my hotspot on my iphone 16, it came with hotspot but everytime i try to set it up with the option it takes me to the verizon page and not one link on anything that takes you to setting it up everytime i press the “set up personal hotspot” link it just loads me back to the same page that gave me the link.
