I have no service at mass general hospital in Boston. Yesterday, I had full service. Today it says SOS. I am in the same location. Please advise.

Hello, being on top of your service is crucial, especially if you are managing your signal. Verizon is here to help.
What recent changes have you made? What exactly happens when you attempt to use your phone? Who else is experiencing this problem?

Did the CS rep even read the first post?
@Esquandolasuse the Check Network Status widget on Verizon's website to see if there's an outage, because your service shouldn't just quit one day like that:
https://www.verizon.com/support/check-network-status/
If nothing comes up in the network status, try restarting your phone and doing a network reset on it. There could be some other issues with your phone such as the SIM card or eSIM going bad, or maybe someone at Verizon needs to resync your phone to the network.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

I am having the exact same problem. 2 days in a row now. Can barely make phone calls. Phone is completely useless and it’s in areas where I have had service for the past 4 years. Nothing has changed.

Kbrittingham We're sorry to read about the issue with service in your area. We're here to help. When did the issue begin? What kind of signal, if any, is your device showing? ~Peter
