I made the purchase of 2 phones I was charged and they do not have in existence

 I feel very disappointed from the company, I made 2 phone purchases that they had in existence, they charged me and after 3 days they tell me that they no longer have, the solution an apology and refund that I still do not have. Where is my time wasted?

Hello, Asieralfonso. Help is here as we absolutely want to ensure you have answers and a refund. Please share more info. What were the devices ordered? When did you make the purchase? Just to confirm, a refund does have a process to complete. As a consumer myself, I do wish it was same day but typically, it does take a few business days so please provide the details so that we can assist and get you some answers.
