I made the purchase of 2 phones I was charged and they do not have in existence

 I feel very disappointed from the company, I made 2 phone purchases that they had in existence, they charged me and after 3 days they tell me that they no longer have, the solution an apology and refund that I still do not have. Where is my time wasted?

Just to confirm, a refund does have a process to complete.
