Hi, unfortunately you're probably out of luck. Verizon's device unlocking policy states that you must activate and use the device on Verizon's network for at least 60 days, then it automatically unlocks. With you not being the original owner of the phone, there's no telling what went on in the past. iPhones are common targets for thieves, who dispose of them overseas. With it being a gift, at least you didn't pay for the phone.

I mean I still have the receipt they gave it to me with the phone in case it came with deficiency I may not have vein the one who purchased it but the first & only owner is me I even have the date it was bought in all June 22 2024 so if I get Verizon service within the next few days now that I know it requires it in order to be unlocked after 60 days does it still count or did I have to put service that same day of purchase? Because as I also read as long is their no fraudulent, blacklist, or reported of stolen it can be unlocked.

I'm not sure you can sign up for Verizon if you are outside the US, unless you plan to live in the US at some future time, in which case you can sign up for Verizon then. If it were me, I would return the phone to the person that gave it to you, because it is within the 30 day window for returns so they can get their money back.
