Issues with a second number

I am regretting that I bought the new service to add a second number. I started to receive tons of calls from various numbers. Turns out the number Verizon Offered was a number for an existing business. I had to chat with an agent to change the number as app didn’t have the option. I can’t stop getting the soliciting calls on this second number. Of course there is no option to cancel the service in app. Is there a way to cancel the service without chatting with the agent again? I’m sick of dealing with agents from dealing with another issue I’ve been having on another iPhone my family has in addition to the issues with the second line
