I have talked with 4 different customer service representatives over the past few months about this and always seem to get the run around. I upgraded my phone in 11/2022, and was told that the promotion at the time was a free Apple Watch with upgrade. I have been paying for the watch (full price, not just line fees, taxes, etc) since then. Every time I talk to someone, itโs a different story. This most latest time was that that promotion never existed and there was never a promotion for a free watch. I feel like these promotions are done all the time, and feel like I am essentially being called a liar. I had only recently switched to Verizon as well. Never again. Will absolutely be canceling my service with this company who continues to mischarge me every month it seems.
