After having many issues with Verizon in the past, it was a breath of fresh air upon calling today as I was very upset upon starting my call with support to have reps truly care about the customer. Jim took accurate notes so I didn’t have to repeat myself upon transferring me to Andrea whom went above and beyond for me today. I Highly Support These 2 Reps.
