Linking accounts

So I’ve just recently become a member of Verizon again having an old contract that went to h***getting this new one was a surprise to me nevertheless, when I sign into my new account, it says to link services from an existing account holder. I don’t believe I have an account but it’s not letting me move past this link services issue every time I login that’s always what it says. I can’t be a bill. I can’t be a device. I can’t do anything I need help. I need help

Same issue im having!!! And now I'm locked out from linking anything for the next 24 hours as it says I've tried to many times. HELP!!! WHERE IS THE EASE IN THIS? ITS ALREADY GIVING ME ANXIETY AND IM ABOUT TO CANCEL EVERYTHING

Hello, TITAN_URANUS_007, we can help you out with My Verizon. Did you have an account with Verizon previously? To clarify, are you attempting to register for a My Verizon account? What issue are you running into when trying to get into My Verizon?

also cannot link services—all we were given was an Order No. and Location Code.

 

when we enter that info, it says we’ve already registered. please help !
