I am in Blackfoot, ID I have my location services set to precise, I am not connected to VPN or wi-fi and it is always showing my location in various cities in Utah (the state directly below). This is such an inconvenience when it comes to google searches and not being shown local results without having to enter the city and state I live in. My towers locally are working but will not connect to my phone. I don't know why it is connecting to a tower over 4 hours away to give me my service when I have a tower 10 minutes down the road.
Customer support has never been able to figure his issue out but I see this is affecting a lot of Verizon users. This is causing us to consider switching back to our old carrier and we would love to find a resolution.
