My iPhone was not making or receiving calls and customer service couldn’t fix the problem after hours of trying and they decided to send me a new phone by UPS and send the old phone back. UPS lost the phone and they admitted that they damaged the package on the way getting to verizon and Verizon instead of charging UPS for lost phone charging my account instead for $600!! When I asked them for reason they tell me it’s because you are the owner! Verizon hired UPS to deliver the package and they failed to do so and they have to pay for the damages
