I had issues with my account and I have been with Verizon eleven years and long story short I also had Hulu, Disney, and ESPN for two years that I didn’t even know I had access to as they changed my plan without my knowledge. The Verizon customer service agent told me for my troubles they were going to give me a $25 discount a month for being a loyal customer. After trying for three months in a row I tried the chat agent service today and at the end of our conversation she blocked me after telling me they decided to give me. $3 discount a month instead! All my years what lousy customer appreciation and then she typed it would end after 12 months! Just a terrible experience. Don’t promise things to your customers you can’t deliver on!

I am not really sure how to access the private message? I’m assuming I’m currently doing that by sending this message?

Private messages (PMs) appear under the envelope icon in the top right corner. When you have a new PM, a number appears atop the icon and you either click or tap the icon to open your PM inbox. From there, it works like email. If Verizon CS sent you a link to validate your account, FYI the link has a time limit before it expires. So if there is such a link and it doesn't work, ask them to send you a new one and keep an eye on your PM inbox and/or email elsewhere if you have the forum notifications set to notify you by email when you get new activity.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
