If you have the insurance, file a claim for a replacement. Otherwise, time to buy a new phone. There are assorted things on the internet about resurrecting a water damaged phone, but chances are the phone isn't going to last long even if you can get it going again because the parts are going to rust out faster, particularly if it was salt water damage.
