Verizon store customer rep said I had insurance to cover my broken iPhone. He filled out form for a replacement. I never received iPhone replacement after receiving the order confirmation via email from verizon. When I input the order number on Verizon's website it states that the order number is nonexistent. What is going on? I can't call because I have no phone and chat is unable to help me with the issue.
