I traded in 2 phones on in May for a promotion where they said they’d pay off my old phones after returning them and receive a $415 promotional credit for the new phones over a 36 month period. Since then they’ve tried to charge me for my returned devices and I’ve called customer service and spent hours arguing, always told no supervisor available to talk to and that my
Support ticket should be updated any day now. They promise call backs that never come. I’m very frustrated with the customer service of lack of, after I figure all this out I think Verizon lost a customer.

Same here but my problem was that I was suppose to get a free Nintendo switch if I bought home internet. I never got that just a target gift card.
