Hi Verizon Community,
I recently switched to Verizon from T-Mobile and was excited to take advantage of a great online deal: signing up for four lines and getting four iPhone 15 Pro Max devices, along with a $200 rebate gift card for each line I imported.
According to the promotion, the gift cards were supposed to arrive eight weeks after the purchase date. However, it has now been over three months, and I’ve only received one gift card. I’ve been diligently following up by filing tickets for the rebate, but every submission ends up being marked as “invalid.”
I’ve reached out to support multiple times, but I’m stuck in a frustrating loop without a clear resolution. As a new customer, this experience has left me feeling disheartened, and I’m not sure what else I can do.
Has anyone else experienced issues with rebate promotions like this? How did you resolve them? Are there any steps I might be missing to ensure my submissions are accepted?
I’d really appreciate guidance or advice from anyone in the community or someone from Verizon who can help escalate this issue.
Thank you for taking the time to read this! I’m hoping to find a resolution soon and start enjoying my new service without this lingering frustration.
Looking forward to your responses,

I'm only another customer, but am here a lot. It's my understanding that promotions and discounts are not stackable, based upon what I've read elsewhere in the forums. My guess is you are then only eligible for the $200 rebate for one line, unless you have something in writing which says that you were supposed to get $200 for each line. Guess you could try asking for some new codes to enter at the rebate website, but if they are all coming back as invalid...
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
