I just received my new IPhone 16 pro that I ordered on the web site. It originally said it was back ordered and would arrive next week. Surprised to get it today in a box with the receipt. It says it’s from the return center in Ft. Worth so my question is this really a new phone or is it refurbished? Why is it coming from the return center??
