New iPhone 16 Pro Max stuck in SOS mode

Handled everything in my local Verizon Store when buying new phone and adjusting my plan. Brought new phone home and transferred data
However, the new phone is NOT showing up on my MyVerizon. Now my old phone is erased and my new phone is stuck in SOS mode on my WiFi network.
