New iPhone 16 Pro Max stuck in SOS mode

Handled everything in my local Verizon Store when buying new phone and adjusting my plan.  Brought new phone home and transferred data 

 

However, the new phone is NOT showing up on my MyVerizon.  Now my old phone is erased and my new phone is stuck in SOS mode on my WiFi network.

jasonleland, we want to make sure that your new phone is properly activated. Please tell us, do you still need help with your new phone? Was your old phone powered off while trying to activate the new device?
