I ordered a new phone and accessories which were never received. Verizon canceled the order however will not refund $$ or reship the order until they receive the original order even though they can clearly see that UPS has reshaped the order back to them. I am leaving on a 6 month roadtrip and not one person will help get this order resent or reverse the charges. This has been going on now for over a week.
