Im really done with verizon.
Let me explain.. I received a “trade in your phone any condition, & get a new iphone 16 on us for NEW AND EXISTING MEMBERS (999$ credit) so i went to the store to redeem it, because my phone is old and cracked. They first told me i was not eligible since i was still “new” and didnt have enough financing. This was in the beginning of april, and was told that it would be available in a couple days and to call back on the 16th, after the 16th i called and was still told i was still not eligible for the same reasons & that it will come up around the 23rd.. so i waited again and called they told it it was not going to be available until i paid my bill.. which i did on the day before it was due , then they told me that im on a cash only policy or whatever & WAS STILL GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. I called again later today and they said my financing was maxed out because of my home internet…??
I was then transferred to another lady in a different department and she told me i was only able to get the phone if i was approved for the verizon credit card.. im honestly so fed up with verizon. It was MULTIPLE TIMES i was falsely assured when my financing was available.
No where in your promotions say you need the credit card, and it says its for new and existing customers. which i am relatively close to both. All i wanted was a new phone but you’re no help.

Ive spoken to MULTIPLE representatives, and no one helped. Unless you are someone that is in a higher authority, i will not accept your help. I do not mean to be rude, but please understand when i say ive been told multiple times i would be helped but never was.

Trinmora, this is not the experience we want you to have when reaching out to us for support and we'd love the opportunity to look in to the account information and verify what was the reason the upgrade could not be completed. Let me send you a private message to provide you with support.

Hi, I'm going to guess the hitch is there's an issue with your credit. I'm not postpaid here, but was elsewhere and it's a common practice for companies to run a credit check and/or check your account details because the other company wouldn't even sign me up as a new customer without running my credit first.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.
