I live in Queen creek Arizona and moved here in early 2021. Since we moved in, we get absolutely zero service for probably 2 square miles surrounding our home. I wish I was exaggerating when I say ZERO signal. This is a huge issue with the whole neighborhood based off of the community facebook group discussions. Areas of disruption are consistently between Ellsworth and hunt highway and Gary and hunt highway. Right south of Pegasus air park. Any suggestion or solution would be helpful.

Oh, no! Dealing with service issues can be frustrating, especially if you are encountering signal issues. Verizon is here to help.
What exactly happens when you attempt to use the service (calls, texts, data)? What recent changes have you made?

I live in Pegasus Airpark and the problems started a few years ago (when they switched to 5G, maybe?). Calls drop all the time, slow connection when it is there.

Hi Flyingdoc1, thank you for reaching out with your service concern. Does this happen both indoors and out? How far do you need ot travel for service to improve?

In my house and anywhere in the neighborhood I get zero connectivity. No internet, no texts, or calls. Might as well have a landline

@vzw_customer_support, if you were trying to respond to the OP's post above, no troubleshooting process on their end is going to help as they have no service whatsoever. My speculations are: 1) no towers in the area in question, 2) the 3G shutdown from a few years ago producing new dead zones since current wireless technology's radio waves don't travel as far, or 3) possibly the Pegasus Airpark which was mentioned in the first post of the thread may be interfering with Verizon signal since the air traffic controller tower uses radio waves to communicate with planes. I saw a different thread from someone who worked inside an airport reporting they couldn't pick up Verizon signal while at work.
@LongtimeVerizonuser3, while having to switch providers after being with one for a long time is tough, your best bet is to ask the neighbors if anyone else works and port to them. While the dead zone may be a fixable issue, there's no telling how long it will take. Doesn't make much sense to be paying for no service.

We have this same problem. The area near the new high school, Crismon High, is a dead zone where we cannot send or receive texts, access any data, etc.

If another carrier has service in that area, it's time to port.

Hello, QCcowboy. So sorry to hear of this. What is the zip code? What do you experience with your service upon leaving the school area?

The same happens in Scottsdale area code 85258. Service is intermittent. Cell phones do not connect at all in many spots in my neighborhood. I am not just talking about lack of signal in my home but also up and down my street out doors. I have called many times and there seems to be no solution from Verizon. The problem is blamed on the interference of various buildings in the area blocking the signal. The problem has gotten much worse in the past 9 to 12 months. I do not know of any major building project in my area which has gone up during that time.
I am interviewing neighbors who use different cell providers to see if they are receiving better service.

Hello, stevesegal1. Help is here as you definitely deserve some answers. Please tell me more. I see you stated that you contacted us regarding the signal issue. Do you know if we submitted a network ticket? Is this here the info came from regarding the buildings in the area?
