So I got an iPad from y’all, and I try using the service on it, and it doesn’t work. It works on Wi-Fi, but not on service. This is why I have T-Mobile. I never had an issuing with Verizon till now. I might switch the provider on my iPad over to T-Mobile, and cancel the Verizon bill. Thanks, Verizon. 😡

The iPad might be still SIM locked to Verizon if it hasn't connected to the Verizon network for a minimum of 60 days. It also might not be compatible with the T-Mobile network either.
I'm most definitely NOT a VZW employee. If a post answered your question, please mark it as the answer.

Did you purchase a data-only service plan for the iPad? If not, then that's why you can't access cellular service. Otherwise, it's some issue with your account or SIM where Verizon will have to tinker with it on their end because it sounds like the iPad isn't activated correctly.
If you've had the iPad for less than 30 days, you could probably return it if you pay a restocking fee.
I'm not a Verizon employee, just another customer trying to help.

Hello, Andrew66. Having access to your tablet is a must. Help is here. Please share more info. Does your iPad have a current account with us? With Wi-Fi off, which signal indicator do you see on the device, LTE, 5G, or SOS (no service)?

Thank you for lifting your concerns about your replacment iPad. At any point have you shut down both iPads and only turned the new one back on? What error message do you get?
