Not able to open websites and watch videos when WiFi is turned off

Help everyone.   I have an #iphone16 and have #verizon as a carrier.   My phone is new to me after upgrading from a previous version.   I’m noticing that my cellular data seems to have been affected.  Not sure when it all started but for whatever reason now I can’t seem to connect to certain websites or watch videos when not connected to WiFi.   I’ve already checked to see if my cellular data is on and made sure the problem isn’t with the website/video.   Everything seems to work with WiFi connected but as soon as I turn it off or go out of range, it stops.    Any ideas?    How about you #Verizon, can you help me out?

If it's only some websites which won't load on cellular data, then it's because Verizon has blocked access to those sites for some reason.

As for the video streaming issues, assuming it's not a blocked site you're trying to access, someone reported elsewhere that checking your My Verizon account settings to insure "maximum video streaming quality" is turned on helped.  Apparently, this setting is toggled off by default, which I would have to guess is because not everyone gets 5G UW service.
