Good evening, I find myself unable to receive short code SMS from TD Bank. I was informed that I must flip my flag on my account. How do I do this? I have an iPhone SE 2020

Ahh, so this is how the reply works! Tried to respond with the email, but kept sending back undeliverable.
Anyway, I can receive regular texts and messages, but I am unable to get short code messages from my bank. So when I have to get a new card after a fraud alert, instead of getting a new card the same day, I have to wait 10 days for it to come in the mail. No one else has tried to short code me. I am the only one on this account after I liberated it from my parents account.
