In general texting works on my iPhone 13 with Verizon service but I have at least two contacts from whom I have always received texts but starting sometime in April or May 2024 I am no longer receiving their texts but they still receive texts from me. After we figured out what was happening they now need to call me since I don’t get their texts. At least one of them has Verizon service. I researched this problem on the internet and the only remaining suggested solution is “check with your cell phone carrier”. That’s what I am doing here but I will also be calling Verizon tech support. . I have had a smart phone since they were introduced and this is the first time a situation like this has happened to me. It would be appreciated if anyone can help. Thank you!
