I ended up canceling and reordering and it arrived 2 days later.
Hey there, jreynolds1273, we can understand how important it is to make sure your iPhone on the way. When checking your order in My Verizon are you seeing that the ship/delivery date has already passed?

yes by almost a month. I have reordered and got the phone since but the rep that was canceling the original order didnt seem to cancel it and it's still pending from Sept 13th.
