I have a number of laptops/phones running on the Wi-Fi. As of late, one Macbook struggles to connect to the network . When it does connect, shortly after, the connection drops. This device connects to other networks without issue. I worked with reps from Apple, reimaged machine and lots of other things but no change. All other devices are working fine.

We definitely want to make sure that your service is up and running. Please tell us, are all devices connected and running at the same time?
