I purchased iPhone 14s as pickup over a week now and ready for pickup hasn't been done, I have been on the phone for hours and been in the chat for over 20 times but nothing has changed, I ordered home Internet and was shipped next day, verizon is playing tricks on us I will just cancel and close my account

I cancelled and trying to reprocess it, but they asking me to call before they can approve me, I just fedup with always calling
