Does Verizon believe in realistic FIXED rates? ALL of my other bills are the same price monthly. I left at&t to come to Verizon in December 2023, it’s now October 2024 & I’ve called Verizon each month because my bill was contracted to be $108 per month & i check my app for it to show i “owe” $214, $195, $380 & so forth for ONE iPhone. Who feels like calling a company monthly because freely throw random unauthorized charges on your account? Agents are liars, they’re hostile & they contradict themselves more than you could imagine. I can’t wait to leave Verizon, hate the fact that im stuck.

We can definitely take a look at your bill. Were there any device changes or plan changes? ~Peter

I was given a credit ticket. Verizon charged me for a phone line which was never used. For a phone never received . The credit was approx $600+ covering about 9 months.

Every month they promise it wont go up and it does. In my case I cancelled a protection plan and it should have reduced my bill for four lines. But somehow they will keep tacking on random charges to inflate the bill and bring it close to $250 odd!! Unless you spend an hr on a call every month, they will tire you out and eventually you will give up. Dying to switch to another provider soon.
