Over promise under deliver

Just be aware that this is really happening! When you trade a line and when you agree on numbers and the phone is in really good condition that they can essentially charge you $700 because the find my iPhone was left on?! Phone was delivered by a representative to the house from a local store and he literally dropped the phone off and didn’t say anything and left. He said hi and bye! No send back label or instructions. We’ve been with Verizon 17 years and to get this message below is crazy! Seems like they are trying to find ways to screw you and this one is really weak. I’m not a tech specialist but I can turn my iPhone off in seconds and not charge $700. Credit went from $830 to $130. Look at the message below. Verizon is just as bad a being lied to. Just be aware!
