How can I tell if I’ve finished paying off my iPhone 13

You can check this information in the MyVerizon app. To check to see if you've finished paying off your iPhone 13 device, log in to your "My Verizon" account online or through the app, navigate to the "My Devices" section, and check the status of your iPhone 13; if it shows "paid in full" you have completed your payments.
