T-Mobile was having a promotion where I could receive a free phone upgrade for no additional cost and an iPad and Apple Watch for the cost of the subscription. I mailed my old phone back and they received it. I called customer service three times over 4 months. Each time they assured me I’d see the $420 returned phone credit on my next bill. It never happened. I’m still waiting.
