I have been with verizon for less than a month. I've had my phone disconnected twice. At this moment I have no service have to wait till the morning. Due to fraud this has been going on for 3 weeks. I've sat at the store for 3 hours last week they said it was fixed. Now today I have the same issue. Customer service said they can't do nothing for I have to wait till tomorrow. I have 5 phone my phone I use for work. This is the worst service I ever had. I was with T-Mobile for 9 years never had this type of issue. I hope they let me out of this contract.
